prompt reply from developer

I just purchased this app and within a few minutes ran into a problem. It was more of a user error than the software not working as intended. At any rate I was confused and stuck. I emailed the developer and was surprised to get a reply within about 15 minutes suggesting some troubleshooting steps.

I was surprised because I had read quite a few other reviews claiming that this developer is awful at replying to emails. If he used to have problems replying promply and efficiently he seems to have stepped up his game.

Either that or I just caught him on a good day. Regardless, I’m very satisfied with the money I spent.
